Position Title: Outreach Program Manager (Adult Recruitment & Enrollment Manager) The Adult Recruitment & Enrollment Manager at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside manages the recruitment, admissions and onboarding process specifically for our adult learner (aged 25+) student population. This position involves developing strategic outreach efforts to promote the university's undergraduate and graduate programs, foster meaningful partnerships, and advance institutional goals. The Adult Recruitment & Enrollment Manager will work closely with prospective students regarding their educational interests and how UW-Parkside can support their pursuits. This position will serve as a single point of contact for incoming adult students helping them to explore their educational opportunities, choose a desired program of study, and complete the enrollment process while providing guidance related to transfer credit evaluation, financial aid, academic advising, and student supports. The manager will oversee programs that support adult student recruitment and onboarding of students while ensuring alignment with the university's mission and values. Key responsibilities include managing communications, coordinating events, cultivating relationships with community organizations and schools, and assessing program effectiveness through data-driven analysis. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of building bridges between the university and its broader community. They should possess a deep understanding of outreach strategies, program development, and higher education practices, along with a passion for fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for all stakeholders.
