Champaign-Urbana Public Health District Intake Specialist The Champaign-Urbana Public Health District (CUPHD) is seeking a full-time (35-hour week) Intake Specialist for the Maternal Child & Health Division. Duties and Responsibilities include: * Verifying program eligibility and functioning in clinic flow by initiating client visits. Requirements and Qualifications: * High school diploma, or GED equivalent, CUPHD provides a comprehensive benefits package which includes: * Health, dental, and vision insurance with enrollment beginning on the employee's first day of employment The starting annual salary for this position is $29,823 (16.39 per hour) for a 35-hour week.
