The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Position Summary The Executive Director of human resources shared administrative services will oversee the administration of HR-shared services and projects and provide staff training, coaching, and support. The Executive Director will participate in senior-level planning and operation design meetings, providing innovative ideas to improve processes. Working closely with the Assistant Vice President (AVP), the Executive Director will manage the resources for assigned portfolios, including recommendations related to staffing budgets and compensation reviews. Minimum Qualifications Successful candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and have at least eight years of experience in human resources with a broad portfolio of employee groups, preferably within higher education and/or facilities management.
