College of Education & Human Development Associate Dean's Office Job Description
The Placement Coordinator will be responsible for placing local and online undergraduate and graduate students in the College of Education & Human Development (CEHD) in partner school districts throughout the state. The coordinator will communicate with students, staff, faculty, and district partners to determine an ideal placement for CEHD teacher candidates. This position will work closely with field instructors and host teachers to ensure the success of teacher candidates. As a member of the Office of Clinical Experiences and Partnerships, the coordinator will collaborate closely with this team to develop and implement professional development activities for teacher candidates as they enter each level of preparation. Job responsibilities include: * Placement Coordination: Coordinate the placement of local and online undergraduate and graduate teacher candidates in partner school districts across the state. Ensure students and districts submit all required paperwork to support the partnership. Shift
12 months; Monday- Friday (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) On campus position Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Preferred Qualifications
Anticipated Hiring Range
Salary Range: $55,000 - $61,000 Application Materials
