Summary:

We are looking for a driven, forward thinking Supervisor who can help develop training, procedures and quality assurance for our LIVE Teller team. Bilingual Required

Essential Job Duties:



  • Supervise a team of virtual tellers.
  • Contribute to scheduling efforts ensuring appropriate staffing levels during peak hours.
  • Support the staff by approving/overseeing transactions as needed.
  • Monitor CTR's, SAR's and REG CC Holds to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist Cash Balancing with machine outages
  • Ensure adherence to policies and procedures concerning teller functions.
  • Create and monitor service requests for any software or technical issues.
  • Perform simple maintenance functions when errors occur.
  • Conduct quality monitoring reviews and deliver results to employees for continued training opportunities.



Minimum Qualifications:



  • High school diploma
  • Bi-Lingual (Spanish) required
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation skills)
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules when necessary
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • 2+ years of retail experience
  • 2+ years of banking and/or teller experience
  • 1+ year of demonstrated leadership experience
