Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and/or education, and location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus. SUMMARY Support the Bank's lending efforts through physical field inspection of assigned farming operation relationships, to assess agricultural practices, financial controls and progress of seasonal crops and development of permanent plantings. Review crop and development budgets to help assess a primary source of repayment and security for Bank originated farm loans. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

A.) from four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations and interpret and draw bar graphs. REASONING ABILITY Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. COMPUTER & SOFTWARE SKILLS To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic familiarity and a working knowledge of various software programs, including Word and Excel, required for valuation and budget review functions, as well as crop inspection reporting. Salary Range:$87,612.00 To $124,846.00 Annually 40 hours per week. |
