This position is responsible for compounding and manufacturing taste products in a fast-paced production environment. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and collaboration with team members to meet production goals and customer expectations. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM Essential Duties and Responsibilities Accurately weigh and compound ingredients using floor scales and flow meters. Operate production equipment in accordance with established safety and quality standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of production orders. Support weekend production as needed to meet customer demand. Wear a full-face respirator when handling designated materials (training provided). Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement. Required Qualifications High School diploma or GED. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance. Basic computer skills. Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and verbal communication). Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Familiarity with SAP systems. Forklift certification or training.
