Site Leader
The Site Leader is responsible for overseeing all plant operations to achieve key results aligned with the Corporation's Win Strategy. This role requires strong leadership to guide a team of empowered employees in consistently exceeding customer expectations. The Site Leader has broad responsibilities, including implementing the Parker Lean System to ensure safety, drive quality improvements, maximize profitable growth, and reduce operating costs, lead times, and inventories through continuous improvement. This position oversees day-to-day operations and ensures the plant meets or exceeds performance goals on a daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Scope/ Supervision and Interaction:
The Site Leader provides strategic leadership to plant employees, coordinating all manufacturing functions within the facility. This includes overseeing the development of individuals and the team, utilizing team consensus to evaluate decisions, ensuring the rapid implementation of those decisions, and managing employment-related actions, such as hiring and performance assessments for direct reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive profitable growth for the plant, achieving performance goals tracked weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Collaborate with internal and external customers to promote and leverage the company's technologies, products, services, and processes.
- Establish and maintain premier customer service at all times.
- Lead strategy deployment for plant initiatives and growth, ensuring operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness across all site functions.
- Champion Lean initiatives, ensuring full adoption and implementation throughout the plant.
- Oversee inventory management, production control scheduling, logistics, and quality procedures to support seamless operations.
- Develop and manage the plant budget within defined constraints.
- Utilize PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodology in conjunction with Tracking Centers and Team Improvement Boards to monitor and ensure results.
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement through effective strategy deployment and performance management.
- Promote team collaboration by mentoring, coaching, training, and supporting individual and team development.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field required; a master's degree in business administration or engineering is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment; experience in aerospace manufacturing is a plus.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities using strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented approach.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to management, customers, and employees.
- Tactical experience implementing Lean technologies and practices.
- Demonstrated collaboration with departments such as Human Resources, Lean, Quality, Engineering, IT, Production Control, Supply Chain, and Finance.

The wage range for this role considers allowances for a number of factors, including but not limited to required experience, skill level, prior training, licensure/certifications, education, and other business needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $130,240-$227,982
