The company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst. In this role, you will play a key part in driving financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support business decisions. You will provide strategic insights through data analysis, identify trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Financial Analysis & Reporting: Conduct in-depth financial analyses and provide actionable insights to senior management. Develop and maintain dashboards, financial models, and KPI reports to monitor performance against targets. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Forecasting & Budgeting: Lead the development of annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts. Monitor budget variances and provide recommendations to align with business objectives. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with business units to evaluate and analyze potential investments, acquisitions, or cost-saving initiatives. Support strategic decision-making by delivering ad hoc analyses and scenario modeling. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and implement best practices. Leverage financial systems and tools to enhance reporting and analytics capabilities. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a financial partner to various departments, providing insights and recommendations to drive profitability. Work closely with accounting teams during month-end and year-end closing processes. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred). ????????????????????????????Bachelor's degree is a minimum educational requirement for this position and cannot be waived. CPA, CFA, or other relevant certification is a plus. Experience: 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related roles. Proven experience in a senior-level finance role with strong leadership skills, preferably within the healthcare industry. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), with priority given to candidates with experience in Adaptive Insights. Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
