Description Franklin Memorial Hospital Supplemental Information: The Practice Manager is responsible for overseeing both clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth daily operations, high-quality patient care, and optimal staff and physician satisfaction. This role combines leadership and operational management to enhance practice performance. The manager will collaborate with key stakeholders to streamline workflows, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive operational efficiency. Additionally, they will oversee staff development, implement best practices, and manage financial performance, including budget oversight and billing processes. By fostering a collaborative and productive work environment, the Practice Manager ensures that all aspects of the practice align to provide excellent patient care while meeting both operational and financial goals. Summary: Plans, organizes, develops, and directs the overall operation of the department in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. Is the primary role model; and coaches, empowers and assists the staff in professional growth and fulfillment of the mission, vision and values of the organization. Collaborates with relevant stakeholders in planning and decision-making that affects the department Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs): 1. Education: Associated Degree Preferred, or 3-5 years healthcare operations and supervisory experience equivalency. 2. License/Certifications: N/A 3.
