Job Description

  • You will lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, ensuring the effective implementation and support of SAP FICO modules.

  • You will foster a collaborative environment, encouraging continuous learning and development within the finance team.

  • You will be responsible for Hands-On SAP FICO Expertise and Implementation:

    • Actively participate in the design, configuration, and optimization of SAP FICO processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.

    • Provide hands-on support for troubleshooting and resolving complex SAP FICO issues, ensuring minimal disruption to financial operations.

    • Work closely with other functional areas such as SD, MM, and PP to ensure seamless integration of financial data across the organization.

  • Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Financial Integration:

    • Lead financial due diligence and integration efforts for M&A activities, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with corporate financial systems.

  • Vendor Management and IT Support:

    • Manage relationships with external vendors providing IT support for SAP FICO and related systems.

  • Stakeholder Management and Communication:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for finance-related inquiries and issues, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.

  • System Integration and Enhancements:

    • Identify opportunities for system enhancements and drive continuous improvement initiatives within SAP FICO.

    • Oversee the implementation of system upgrades, patches, and new functionalities, ensuring minimal disruption to financial operations.

  • Reporting and Analytics:

    • Support the development of dashboards and other reporting tools to enhance financial visibility across the organization.

Qualifications

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

  • You have 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO and financial management roles.

  • You have experience in mergers and acquisitions, including financial due diligence and integration.

  • You have experience managing vendor relationships and IT support services.
