Responsible for safe and reliable operations, consistent product with good quality, and timely production of Emulsions products. Some of the things you will do: Support safety and environmental incident investigations. Work in conjunction with area maintenance with Maintenance Planner and Mechanics, including repairs and preventative maintenance. Work with Shipping team. Anticipate needs to increase customer satisfaction. Assist in writing and updating work instructions and procedures for area. Identify problems and inefficiencies. Work to find resolution / improvement efforts. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or GED equivalent required. Chemical experience preferred but not required. Strong leadership, team building, team facilitation, and conflict resolution skills. Strong communications and inter-personal skills. Able to communicate clearly. both verbally and with written communications. Computer literacy (SAP, Lotus Notes databases, quality "Tank Board," e-mail, and other needed databases). Able to locate and retrieve information from appropriate Solenis intranet websites.
