The Supply Chain Director is accountable for designing the overall supply chain strategy for Pools North America and ensuring the operational implementation of the validated action plans. This role ensures the coordination and teamwork of all stakeholders in the supply chain, both internal and external, with the goal of enhancing the company's performance. Safe operations are also a priority. Some of the things you will do: Development and implementation of the flow management strategy across the entire supply chain * Define the strategic and operational directions of the supply chain for the long and medium term (management of upstream and downstream flows, sales forecasts, supply planning). * Manage external warehouses and transportation providers. * Spearhead external warehouses, in compliance with regulations and needs, while minimizing costs. * Oversee the design, organization, and optimization of logistics information flows between various stakeholders (internal and external) in the supply chain. * Foster continuous reflection on the improvement and development of the supply chain. * Coordinate and synchronize all supply chain activities with production operations. * Manage the supply chain budget. Operational performance management and change management support * Implement dashboards to monitor activity in terms of technical results. * Set up and monitor supply chain performance indicators, ensuring regular reporting. * Oversee the operational implementation of defined action plans and make corrective adjustments as necessary. * Guide the implementation of initiated changes and coordinate internal meetings. Management and coordination of human resources * Facilitate, coordinate, and inspire teams. * Evaluate team performance. Development of customer and supplier relationships * Develop and manage activities and services offered to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving OTIF corporate standards. * Evaluate customer needs to anticipate demand. * Cultivate relationships with suppliers, service providers, and create new partnerships. * Develop commercial proposals, ensuring consistency in all elements (scope, methodology, planning, budget, etc.).
