Your Role

Legal Administrative Assistant/Secretary - long term contract/temp position


Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant/Secretary to join our team on a long-term contract basis. The successful candidate will possess at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support our legal department.


Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to intake emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare and send letters and emails as directed by the legal team
  • File electronic documents accurately and efficiently
  • Perform other clerical duties as required, including but not limited to photocopying, scanning and data entry.





To succeed, you will need



Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant or Secretary
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Experience with Legal Tracker is highly preferred
