What You Will Do:
- Build and Maintain R&D machine floor with demonstrated high standard level.
- 6S & CI activity for R&D machine floor.
- A Single CAM program for multiple SKUs of similar parts.
- Prove Manufacturing method with minimum waste and maximized metal cutting time.
- Program, setup and operation of multi-tasking lathe/mill machines, to include 5 axis milling.
- Optimize tooling selection for planned method to make parts with optimized tool life cutting parameters.
- One off Product/Fixture building using CNC and manual machines.
- Drive completion of R&D projects, by collaborating with operational team supervisors/managers for Non-machining operations required on prototype parts/projects in a timely manner.
- Build product prototype assembly and prepare assembling/disassembling procedures.
- Check R&D parts quality as per drawings, record report and create SPC chart.
- Build Assembly/Test fixture on demand as per drawing.
- Learn & Practice Total productive maintenance (TPM) for R&D shop floor.
- Demonstrate a high sense of urgency, and high-quality standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Competencies, Skills and Knowledge:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 5 years of relevant experience in operating Conventional & CNC Machines.
- CNC machining technician with assembly, Safety & CI knowledge.
- CAM certified technician.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- LT/ VMC/ conventional machine operating skill.
- Knowledge of reading machining and assembly drawings.
- Self-documenting the work and deliverables for traceability.
- Detail and results oriented. Ability to work under pressure.
- Must be a self-starter and able to work without constant supervision.

Preferred:
- Vocation school trained professionals.
- Minimum knowledge with HF & PCSF parts.
- 5axis milling, programming, set-up and operation.
- Multi-tasking machine programming, set-up and operation.
- Knowledge of HF international industry standards & work practice.
