The US Oncology Network is looking for a IT Support Coordinator to join our team! Regular travel to is required. The position schedule is M - F, 8:30am - 5:00pm; occasional Saturdays. What does the IT Support Coordinator position do? The IT Support Coordinator assists in computer systems operations including troubleshooting, maintenance, hardware ordering and shipping and hardware/software installation. Assists in network and end user support by answering calls, documenting incidents and requests for service, setting up user accounts, and assisting users with answering questions. Serves as a central contact for vendors. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
