Job Summary and Purpose:

The Communications Manager will play a critical role in managing the flow of information to various stakeholders, including colleagues, media & KOL's, industry partners and associations, and the public. This role requires close collaboration with the North American Leadership team and external partners to ensure clear, accurate, and compliant messaging.

The Communications Manager's expertise will be crucial in crafting and executing communication plans that contribute to shape Ceva's reputation, drive awareness of scientific achievements, business goals and performance, and regulatory updates to internal and external stakeholders. Communication plans are required to enhance Ceva's voice and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Responsibilities and Key Duties:

* Collaborate closely with the marketing and commercial sales teams to develop compelling content, streamline internal and external communications, and drive engagement with our internal and external audiences, in line with corporate guidelines.

* In support of the marketing strategy, the colleague will own Media Relations. They will build and maintain strong relationships with industry media outlets, KOLs/influencers, and other key stakeholders to amplify our brand's reach and impact.

* Drive the development and management of high-quality content and all PR activity, including press assets.

* Organize events for internal and external audiences and support Ceva's local spokesperson for speaking opportunities.

* Key member of marketing led product launch teams and owner of communications workstreams.

* Responsibility for development and deployment of Launch Communications Plans at the product level to support the launch and portfolio strategy.

* Plan all internal and external communication tactics for pre-launch, launch, and post-launch activities.

* Deploy Corporate communication programs with the US Commercial and Marketing teams.

* Align internal communication with other US-based communication colleagues.

* Manage and communicate on CSR US partnerships in line with corporate guidelines.

Qualifications:

Education - master's degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field

Work Experience - 7+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or a related role. Proven experience in managing internal and external communications.

Physical Requirements:

This position typically works in an office environment and as such the requirements are:

Sitting for Extended Periods: Often, office jobs require long hours of sitting at a desk.

Visual Acuity: Ability to read computer screens and printed documents.

Working Conditions:

Standard office environment.

Travel Required:

Up to 10% travel could be necessary.
