 Job Summary
 This position is responsible for providing the sales team with the learning materials, content, training material and resources necessary to drive growth and success at Henry Schein One. Partnering with the sales, product and marketing teams, the Sales Enablement Specialist will develop, execute, and manage impactful, data-driven solutions to transform and optimize the sales process. Success is measured by the overall business impact of these solutions and their additive impact on revenue growth.What You Will Do 
 Work with sales and marketing leaders to develop, execute, optimize, and assess the sales enablement programDetermine sales enablement priorities with sales and marketing stakeholdersManage multiple priorities and tasksTrain sales team on use of sales enablement platformCommunicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholdersBuild a trusted relationships with sales managers and sales repsServe as a liaison between sales, marketing, and product teamsWork with sales training and product education teams to provide effective onboarding, training, and mentoring programs for Henry Schein One sales repsCoordinate educational content for ongoing trainingDrive change and removehurdlesby working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales and Product teamsBuild partnerships at all levels within the company, begin to build partnerships externallyFacilitate sales focused content creation and use with sales and marketing teamsGather and relay feedback to continuously improve the enablement strategyUse performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales teamResolve complex issues in effective waysManage and maintain sales enablement platform to ensure it is easily accessible and provides the capabilities sellers needProvide regular reports on key sales enablement analytics to sales and marketing leadership Travel/Physical Demands

 What You Will Have
 
 Typically 5 to 7 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience.Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.Demonstrated success in a sales enablement, marketing operations, business operations, or similar roleDemonstrated ability to extract key business insights through data analysisStrong organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environmentProven record of accomplishment in driving change in fast-paced organizationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAgile, self-starter who can work independently and collaborativelyExperience managing sales enablement software (e.g. Showpad, HubSpot, Highspot)Good decision making, analysis and problem-solving skills with ability to multi-taskExperience with content management and learning management systemsGood presentation and public speaking skillsStrong understanding of SalesforceGood interpersonal skillsAdvanced understanding of territory management including segmentation and modelingGood conflict resolution skills and ability to deliver difficult messagesStrong understanding of industry practicesHigh proficiency with tools, systems, and proceduresGood planning/organizational skills and techniques Nice to Haves
 
 The posted range for this position is 
$75,000 - $95,000which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
This position is eligible for a bonus target not reflected in the range.Master's degree or global equivalentMay hold one or more industry certifications; professional certification may be required to advance
