Requirements | 2 years of experience + proficiency in the use of Word, Excel, and Photoshop Responsibilities: Daily tasks include answering phones, managing messages, alerting the funeral director of death calls, managing the calendar, and responding to client requests. Assist with administrative details for funeral services, including logging information, creating obituaries, and coordinating with vendors. Help prepare Life Celebration packages for families and assist with the setup and breakdown of wake and funeral services. Ensure the facility is always prepared for potential walk-in clients.
