Summary of Position

We are looking for a highly skilled and meticulous NetSuite Financial System expert to help us maximize the system's potential and ensure all NetSuite processes and controls adhere to SOX requirements.

Key Job Elements

Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and/or a proven record of success managing efforts with identifying and addressing client needs:



  • Oversee the daily operations of the NetSuite system, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Special attention is required during the month-end and quarter-end close due to rigorous timelines.
  • Lead and manage SOX controls over the NetSuite system, ensuring compliance and efficiency, while overseeing the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process to drive successful project delivery and system enhancements. Ensure that all NetSuite processes and controls comply with SOX requirements.
  • Lead and manage NetSuite-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget, SDLC and SOX compliance.
  • Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for system improvements including but not limited to order-to-cash, purchase-to-pay, perpetual inventory and account-to-report workstreams and associated modules.
  • Designing integrations, including familiarity with integration platforms currently available and their compatibility with NetSuite including but not limited to Corpay, Blackline, Concur, Quadax, and Paycom.
  • Demonstrating proven knowledge with different types of testing required in a system implementation (unit, system integration, user acceptance).
  • Exhibiting intimate-level understanding of financial and accounting concepts, such as function of a general ledger, month/quarter end close process, chart of account considerations, etc.
  • Experience contributing to or leading NetSuite sales cycles
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Blackline system, Authorize.net, GlobalPayments (related to Authorize.net), Active Disclosure (SEC filings), Roundtable/Venue (Fulgent Data room) ensuring optimal performance and reliability.


Qualifications

Knowledge/Experience



  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer and information Science, Accounting and/or Finance is required.
  • Seven plus (7+) years of relevant experience.
  • NetSuite ERP Consultant, NetSuite Authorized ARM/Revenue, procure to pay, supply chain, inventory Management Consultant, NetSuite Multibook Accounting certifications are preferred.
