Advantage Resourcing is working with a food distribution company in Carencro, LA, to find an Order Puller to join their team. This role is perfect for someone with janitorial experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow in the food distribution field. Pay: $15 per hour Shift: Monday - Friday / Saturday, 11:00 AM - until completion As an Order Puller, you will be responsible for selecting grocery items listed on a pick ticket and boxing them for shipment. Accuracy is key to ensuring the correct items and quantities are prepared. Ensure that customer names and rig numbers are noted on the order forms. Verify order quantities and check for any other relevant details. Select orders according to route assignments. You may be required to travel to grocery stores, purchase items from a list, and return to the warehouse to add them to the selected orders. Previous experience in order picking within a grocery environment is preferred.
