The Marketing Support Technician reports to the Manager - Marketing Support & Events as part of the Marketing Communications team at S&C. The position is responsible for supporting the sales force and team members through both the physical and electronic production and distribution of communication materials. Physical production responsibilities include printing, finishing, and distribution of publications to S&C team members around the world. Electronic production responsibilities include day-to-day administration of S&C's document management systems and electronic notification of additions and changes to S&C's document library.

Key Responsibilities:

* Print marketing literature and internal company communications on digital printing presses using PRISMAsync digital print job management software.

* Use equipment to finish printed pieces appropriately (drilling holes, cutting, gluing, folding, boxing).

* Load toner, staples, and paper of different sizes/weights in printers.

* Place orders for supplies.

* Promptly and accurately read, understand, and fulfill requests.

* Pack materials and process shipments.

* Distribute literature by sending electronic notifications to the S&C sales organization.

* Accurately log data into databases and systems.

* Ensure digital systems have an up-to-date inventory of documentation.

* Communicate clearly in writing and verbally with team members at all levels of the organization.

What you'll Need To Succeed:

* High School diploma required

* Good organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and project commitments simultaneously with minimal supervision.

* Great verbal and written communication skills and ability to represent S&C professionally.

* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

* Great customer service skills with the ability to interact with internal customers and other stakeholders in a professional and service-oriented manner.

* Good attention to detail, with the ability to complete requests correctly.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred:

* College degree

* Print production experience a plus

* Adobe Workfront experience a plus

* SharePoint, Highspot, or similar document management system experience a plus
