What is expected of a Crew Team Member at Carolina Tree Care?



  • Must be reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
  • Demonstrates knowledge and proficiency in the positive enforcement of the company's safety policies, procedures, and daily work requirements.
  • Abides by all OSHA and ANSI Standards, as well as all company safety and personnel policies.
  • Politely interface with Carolina Tree Care clients, daily.
  • Promptly and professionally handle any customer or homeowner complaints, professional conflict resolution
  • Communicates daily with operational leadership on crew activity, equipment problems, and safety or any other pertinent issues. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
  • Conduct that is consistent with the Mission and Values of the Company.



What you'll need:



  • Must be well groomed and in approved uniform apparel.
  • Must be willing to travel, which may include overnight stays.
  • Work 40+ hours per week, typical workday 7:00-4:30
  • Must be able to perform physical tasks and work in the elements.
  • Have a valid driver's license and be willing to obtain a CDL and/or medical certificate required for the vehicle being operated.
  • Ability to obtain First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screening.
