Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Cary, NC. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• You provide project management of client implementations for non-automation sites.
• You support portfolio conversion projects while collaborating with key stakeholders to meet expectations.
• Projects will be managed from pre-sale through the customer go-live, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• You will lead all client and customer activities on IDN/consolidator and multi-site implementation in assigned projects.
• You coordinate conference calls or face-to-face meetings with all implementation project stakeholders.
• You drive all communication on projects, both internally and with customers, keeping all parties informed and driving projects to maximum efficiency, including the best install times with optimum customer satisfaction.
• You provide formal presentations for large groups of client personnel or customers.
• You influence without authority in a matrix environment.

Hours: 40 hrs/week / 1^st shift

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management.

Preferred Skills:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Knowledge of regulatory agency requirements specific to the clinical laboratory environment.
• Proven track record of managing external customer projects of various scales and complexity.
• Good complex problem-solving skills and ability to translate technical issues into non-technical terms.
• Professional attitude, comfortable working in large corporate settings populated with diverse types of people, maintaining pose and respect in stressful situations with assurance and confidence.
• Previous experience with laboratory automation and informatics products.
• History of managing projects within the healthcare and laboratory diagnostic arenas.
