Job Summary

Manages, maintains and seeks to continually improve function supporting technical systems and processes. Responsible for complex research, analysis, evaluation, design recommendations and administration of functional systems. Plans programs and projects, including understanding and leveraging systems functionality, gathering data, performing statistical and financial analyses, reporting on performance metrics, coordinating project priorities, and analyzing and correcting data system errors. Identifies problem areas and areas of non-compliance, and makes recommendations for performance improvement solutions.

Essential Functions

  • Develop innovative processes, providing recommendations to leadership, and assisting with implementation process changes to enhance service delivery and achieve efficiencies with both internal and external stakeholders by estimating current process capabilities, analyzing performance measures, identifying improvements and quantifying outcomes.
  • Create complex reports, develop and maintain documentation of process flows, administrative summaries and standard operating procedures.
  • Compile and maintain key performance and scorecard results for the department.
  • Coordinate the analysis related to program evaluation, measurement, and verification, as well as evaluate and analyze research reports that support the strategic business objectives of the organization.
  • Interface with applicable internal and external stakeholders to develop, define and document business requirements and critical success criteria for projects.
  • Work with key contacts and other internal parties to resolve issues and follow-up with the participant to communicate resolutions to issues
  • Proficient understanding of Microsoft excel, ability to create and manage pivot tables, produce reports.
  • Administer Critical Load process which requires proficiency in SAP Customer Resource Management (CRM) software, lead discussion on cross functional team to determine Critical Load qualification, and report out on Critical Load applications as needed.


  • Defines and performs complex tasks, large projects and strategic priorities
  • Participates in project teams involved in the design, development, testing and implementation of automated systems, reengineering of processes, and implementation of new requirements

Education Description

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or related disciplines from an accredited college or university required

Experience

Requires a minimum of three (3) years' prior work experience
