Job Summary

You will have the ability to:follow procedures and practices, provides clerical support and/or administrative duties including data collection and entry, information/data analysis, document preparation, report generation, requests for information and/or records maintenance in compliance with legal schedules.

Essential Functions

  • Create and maintain SAP, FileNet and hard copy records to support IDR metering Assists with resolution of errors, exceptions, inconsistencies and problems.
  • Distributes information including mail/email, performs faxing, mails documents, manages work orders in SAP, makes copies and scans documents.
  • Track exceptions for ERCOT documentation.
  • Provide Revenue Protection with notice of Diversions.
  • Provide support for SAP testing purposes
  • Prepares and maintains various weekly, monthly and quarterly operations reports.
  • Establishes and maintains filing systems and monitors record retention for schedule compliance.
  • Opens, closes, retrieves and/or destroys files.
  • Researches company archive files for project or archived data.
  • Analyzes information and processes/performs data entry/documentation ,the budget and monthly variances, expenditures, expense accounts, electronic invoicing.
  • Receives, researches and responds to electronic, written, oral or telephone requests for information, including multiple telephone lines or email inboxes.

Essential Function cont.

  • Develops, prepares, generates, prints and/or distributes reports.
  • Creates file folders, correspondence and other documents.
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets for tracking.
  • Orders non-standard office supplies and maintains office equipment.
  • Tracks attendance, including work schedules, vacation, absences and travel plans.

Education Description

  • Requires a high school diploma or GED.

Experience

  • Requires a minimum of six (6) years of administrative or office related experience.
