Pro Staff is partnering with Bloomington, MN's largest food pantry to find a skilled Administrative Assistant to support their leadership team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a mission-driven organization committed to providing healthy food and social services to the community. If you're a proactive, positive individual with excellent organizational skills, we'd love to hear from you!

Pay: $22 - $23 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:



  • Prepare agendas and meeting minutes for the Board of Directors
  • Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule meetings
  • Draft correspondence and memos for the CEO
  • Coordinate meetings, including logistics and note-taking
  • Assist with reports, presentations, and donor packets
  • Handle CEO communications via email and phone


Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 4 years of office support experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Experience processing invoices
