Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handyman skills for small repairs and will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our warehouse, both inside and outside.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handyman Skills: Perform small repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.

• Warehouse Cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse, including both interior and exterior areas.

• Forklift Operation: Operate a forklift and obtain certification through our company.

• Loading and Unloading: Assist with offloading trailers for customer supply orders and warehouse supply orders.

• Supply Management: Help maintain and order warehouse supplies.

• Delivery Coordination: Assist with coordinating deliveries.

• Janitorial Duties: Perform janitorial and custodian duties as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in maintenance and handyman tasks.

• Ability to operate a forklift (certification will be provided by the company).

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication skills.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor.

• Comfortable working in various weather conditions.

Pay Range:

$18 - $22 an hour*

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
