The Product Manager role at Koch Global Services offers a unique opportunity to lead enterprise service transformation through the ServiceNow Platform. You will drive innovation, operational excellence, and business transformation as a player-coach while empowering product teams to deliver superior value aligned with Koch's PBM values, principles and long-term strategies. Our Team You will join the Global Enterprise Service Management capability, a team dedicated to enabling Koch business through transformation and innovation. Our platform enables key lifecycle capabilities, including IT Service Management, HR Service Delivery, Portfolio Management, Application/Infrastructure Management, Legal Service Delivery, AI and Consumer Experience. What You Will Do * Lead and develop a high-performing teams by fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, Agile principles, and long-term talent growth strategies. * Define and communicate a clear vision that prioritizes work based on business value, feasibility, and strategic goals. * Align resources, capabilities, and priorities by collaborating with internal and external teams. * Engage with stakeholders and vendors to align on strategic roadmaps and partnership opportunities. * Drive process improvement and operational excellence while ensuring accountability for teams and vendors to deliver measurable business outcomes. * Identify and promote opportunities to enhance ServiceNow capabilities and drive innovation Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * 5+ years in leadership or product management roles delivering technology solutions on enterprise platforms. * Experience leading cross-functional and diverse teams to achieve business outcomes. * Experience utilizing Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe) to deliver business outcomes through technology solutions. * Experience managing large-scale, complex technology initiatives including measurable outcomes. * Experience partnering with stakeholders and/or customers to tell story * Experience communicating and partnering with stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts and convey an appropriate story to drive outcomes. * Experience in economic thinking and decision-making frameworks, ensuring prioritization of work that maximizes business value. What Will Put You Ahead * Knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities (ITOM, ITSM, CMDB, etc.) and global support models. * Proven success in leading and advancing Agile Product Teams, driving team performance and delivering business value. * Experience using Agile tools like ServiceNow Agile, JIRA, or Azure DevOps for product visibility and collaboration.
