Staffmark Workforce Solutions offers this exciting contract opportunity at a global leader in electronics, mobile devices, and appliances located in Edina, MN.

Position Summary:

The main function of a supply chain analyst is to coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to the production schedule. A typical supply chain analyst is responsible for reviewing and distributing production, work, and shipment schedules and compiling reports on inventory levels, cost, etc. Resources are required to support outstanding SCM responsibilities as well as certain growth areas that the company is prioritizing.

Responsibilities:



  • Manage weekly CPFR process with National Retail Customer Target
  • Build and communicate the weekly forecast for both Sell In and Sell Thru units
  • Ensure Order Management accuracy in the ERP system - SAP
  • Identify potential gaps in demand/supply forecast and resolve deltas
  • Drive weekly internal recaps for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
  • Daily involvement in managing S&OP escalations
  • Manage and measure supply chain processes, including channel risk and shipping performance
  • Drop Ship/Commerce Hub Edina Business Lead-Focus on SOAP/SDF/DVS business driving
  • Partner+ Sales and Reporting -Delivery and Install will be driving the additional need for attention and visibility to this initiative
  • CE Reporting and Ad-Hoc project work primary lead for data pull/formatting and communication for Sales/SCM
  • Create and execute regular reporting
  • Regularly examine data reports to locate and resolve mistakes throughout
  • Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports
  • Create business reports that provide insight into key data points
  • Communicate the results of data analysis
  • Support Marketing and Sales during promotional events, providing ad-hoc data mining and analysis


Requirements:



  • Bachelors Degree
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
  • Efficient with Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze costs related to manufacturing, labor, and materials.
  • Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
  • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to shipping and production.
