Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Retirement/Benefits Analyst to join our Human Resources team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day. POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT: The Retirement/Benefits Analyst will help support our benefits team and will be involved in a variety of different tasks and processes. This role will be responsible for the administration of the retirement plan and vendor relationship as well as interaction with employees resolving inquiries. Ensure proper workflow and processes associated with plan requirements and vendor relationships. Develop and document policies, procedures, and guidelines for plan administration. Ensure compliance with government regulations by preparing and filing required annual returns and participant disclosure information. Manage relationships with service providers. Provide administrative support to our committees and senior management. Audit our benefit practices to ensure accuracy in our reporting. Answer questions from our service center team which may require research to find the answer. Support other benefit processes as needed. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
