KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, HR Employee Engagement to join our HR organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead audit employee experience and development strategic projects and initiatives, including scoping, planning and execution (including change management) and preparation of high-quality strategic materials, including communications, presentations and various reports
  • Build trusted relationships with Audit leadership, key stakeholders and functional counterparts to collaborate and effectively execute on Audit Employee Experience and Development Strategy mission
  • Support various firmwide initiatives by coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure the collective Audit voice is represented
  • Plan and execute (including strategy and agendas, budget as well as logistics, participant management, session materials development and synthesizing outputs) various programs to support the development of Audit professionals
  • Conduct other Audit initiatives such as Talent Development

Qualifications:

  • Minimum eight years of recent relevant work experience as a Human Resources (HR) professional (or related); preferred specialization in one or more areas such as Employee Experience and Culture, Organizational Design, Talent Development, and/or Talent Strategy
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required; advanced degree from an accredited college/university in industrial and organizational psychology, organizational development, behavioral science or related field preferred
  • Displayed knowledge of and proven experience consulting and leading senior business stakeholders through, strategic HR change initiatives within a matrixed, collaborative, fast-paced environment; demonstrated the ability to lead the communications strategy to facilitate change management for Employee Experience and Development initiatives; prior project management/change enablement experience; Internal or external consulting experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategies, programs and initiatives to enhance Employee Experience and Development; displayed the ability to manage and run employee experience initiatives; capability to work with cross functional leaders to ensure effective implementation
  • Passionate about creating an exceptional people experience, a willingness to listen for feedback and explore diverse perspectives, in addition to being able to handle and analyze sensitive and confidential data and build relationships within a complex stakeholder landscape
  • Effective communication skills (both written and verbal) and proficient in Microsoft applications (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams); ability to travel as needed
