*Lead Installation Technician*
*Position Overview:* Responsible for overseeing the installation, termination, configuration, and testing of enterprise security systems with minimal supervision. This role requires leadership, technical expertise, and excellent organizational and communication skills to manage projects efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction. *Key Responsibilities:* *Lead project teams in installing, configuring, and servicing security systems, including CCTV, access control, IP cameras, intrusion systems, video analytics, and visitor management systems. *Supervise and organize workloads to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards. *Provide hands-on support for system programming and troubleshooting. *Act as the main point of contact for clients during projects, ensuring professional communication and customer service. *Oversee project tracking, quality control, and reporting. *Perform remote diagnostics and support for customer systems when needed. *Qualifications:* *Minimum 3 years of experience in installing, servicing, and programming commercial access control, IP-based video, and intrusion systems. *Minimum 3 years of experience as a project lead with supervision responsibilities. *Proficient knowledge of IP networks and related security system technologies. *Strong communication and organizational skills. *Ability to work independently in diverse environments. *Certifications (Preferred):* **Access Control:* Pro-Watch, Genetec, Software House, Lenel/S2, OpenPath. **Video Systems:* Axis, Exacq, Milestone, MaxPro, Genetec, Victor, Avigilon, Hanwha. **Intrusion Systems:* Vista, DSC, Bosch, DMP. **Locking Hardware:* ASSA ABLOY, Von Duprin, Adams Rite. *Additional Skills (Preferred):* *Experience with service, electrical work, and troubleshooting. *Work Environment:* *Worksites include major hospitals, schools, county buildings, warehouses, and other commercial locations. *Conditions may include exposure to harsh weather, dirty environments, and hot temperatures. *Employee Benefits:* While on contract: *Company vehicle, gas card, and paid tolls. *Company-provided cell phone and laptop.
