Status: Full Time, Exempt

In collaboration with the Director of LTSS and the VP of Provider Engagement and Care Management, this position is responsible for assisting in the leadership and development MVP's LTSS Product and Services. TheLTSS Product is a key offering to MVP's State Program customers and the management of it all aspects of the offering is essential to ensure customer needs are met and serviced, network access and accountabilities are aligned, and all policies and procedures are developed and compliant. The role will focus on facilitating and aligning product vision and execution with the overall LTSS strategies. This position will focus on the development of innovative capabilities to improve quality of care and meet emerging regulatory guidelines as well as refine processes for efficiency and return on investment. Additionally, the Product Manager will work very closely with Finance to ensure all components of the LTSS Product and Services are financially tracked and reported on, and emerging changes are executed on. The position requires a fast paced, organized, and driven candidate committed to improving member engagement and supporting the Clinical Care Teams in providing best-in-class care to our members. A successful candidate will achieve objectives by leading planning functions, understanding program requirements, preparing, and completing action plans, resolving/mitigating real/perceived problems, identifying care trends, determining clinical, operational, and financial improvement areas, and implementing change.

The position will:




  • Align organization around end-to-end LTSS strategy, functions, policies, and procedures.
  • Support the transformation of LTSS benefits program administration into a robust and financially sound Product.
  • Work with a dedicated team to identify investment, ROI and planned lifecycle of the Product.
  • Align the Product to deliver the right value to the customer.
  • Monitor success measures derived from outcomes not output and lead recommended change execution.
  • Will lead, under guidance of the Director, the Product's ability to iterate and improve the processes therefore enhancing service delivery with speed and agility.



The position requires the ability to represent the department, in the transformation of the LTSS Product which will require cross-departmental and cross-project dependencies which require development of Stakeholder communication to proactively mitigate operational, clinical and/or fiscal issues, as necessary. The candidate should be an independent thinker, curious, a strong collaborator, have excellent organizational skills and an ability to prioritize multiple demands in an aggressive paced environment.

The candidate should be able to coordinate and conduct research, analyze outcome/performance measures, and identify and mitigate root cause solutions and communicate industry trends/standards to all Stakeholders. The position will require a proficient level of analytical skill and comfort with technology, able to capture business requirements and perform as liaison with technical and analytical teams across the organization.




  • Support the execution of the MVP LTSS Product strategy.
  • Use critical thinking skills to assist in the definition of product planning scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and setting achievable timelines with appropriate interim milestones to mark progress.
  • Support Corporate Project Management and Content Development, communicates project plans, project objectives and milestones, implementation plans to all stakeholders and other relevant parties.
  • Work collaboratively with operational and clinical leadership to facilitate cross-stakeholder meeting discussions, engage all relevant stakeholders, and develop useful presentation materials with the goal of advancing and achieving the stated milestones and objectives and performance reporting.
  • Manage Product evaluation and ongoing performance:

    • Evaluate how changes may impact the organization both financially and operationally.
    • Analyze operational and/or financial data to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities.
    • Conduct and manage the research, documentation, and analysis, utilizing both internal and external sources of operational, financial, and benchmarking/best practice data.
    • Stay abreast of current trends, best practice, and other information relevant to community health and health equity and specifically related to the projects and committee(s) s/he supports; researches and shares relevant information.
    • Provide input to the stakeholders on additional analyses and key next steps for Communication and Collaboration
    • Prepare concise, creative, professional summaries of analyses and plans for members of Senior Leadership and others, as appropriate.
    • Effectively present findings to all levels of staff, targeting the presentation towards the knowledge level and needs of the audience.


  • Provide timely and accurate progress reports on all current initiatives.



May include other responsibilities as assigned in support of Health Management initiatives.

Position Qualifications:

Minimum Education:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Health or related field or relevant work experience.
  • Master's degree in business administration, Health care Management, or related discipline, preferred.



Minimum Experience:



  • Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience required.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry with a clinical and Government Programs background
  • Experience implementing product and program analytics supporting analysis of feature.


and user impacts; segmentation of users by properties and behaviors



  • Experience in long-term care services a plus
  • Understanding health equity and inclusion models within the private sector, preferred
  • Experience in developing, managing, and measuring the impact of cross-sector partnerships, including a successful track record of working with not-for-profit entities on impact-oriented efforts.
  • Experience conducting stakeholder mapping and needs assessments, defining and executing a strategic roadmap.
