HM is open to full remote candidates, no preference for location given, must be able to work PST hours 8am-5pm NodeJS/Java, AWS, and REST-APIs are the top 3 skills for this role. Within java, candidate needs full stack or backend experience, an engineer with only front end experience will likely not be a good fit for this role. Within AWS, this team works with DynamoDB, Lambda, and Cloudwatch Looking for someone that is open to learning and collaborating, open to giving and receiving feedback. This team works collaboratively in pairs so someone who is comfortable working in a team environment rather than solo is a must have. Work on this project has a finish date of May 1 2025 and there will be a push to complete work quickly once candidate starts, so they should be ready to get into the project quickly after starting. GT Title: Software Engineer - Expert New Title; Assesses a well-defined problem and leads the development of a technical solution that meets the needs of the business and aligns with architectural standards. Manages small- to moderate-sized solutions, or plays a key role on larger teams, working within the parameters of two to three sprints. Provides direction to team members and/or vendors. Advises product owners on discrete technology-related business problems; formulates options, including assessing their relative merits and risks; and works with product owners to determine the best solution. Typically requires a Bachelors Degree and minimum of 5 years directly relevant work experience Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 3 yrs; Masters + 4 yrs; Associates degree + 6 yrs; High School + 7 yrs. Comments for Suppliers: Need a senior SW Engineer (Backend or Fullstack) who is an expert in NodeJS/Javascript and AWS who can work in a highly collaborative and fast paced environment . | |
