For more information, please visit www.resilience.com Position Summary: The Events & Marketing Operations Manager collaborates with sales and marketing teams to execute a comprehensive event and digital strategy designed to enhance customer engagement through innovative and meaningful interactions. This role optimizes the sales process by planning and managing events such as tradeshows and sales meetings, nurturing existing customer relationships, and identifying new opportunities to engage potential customers. Additionally, this role oversees digital marketing efforts, including social media deployment and multi-platform campaigns. They will manage Resilience's automated marketing tools and CRM to support inside sales, strengthen brand reputation, boost awareness, and drive lead generation. Our target base pay hiring range for this position is $100,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year. Actual base pay is dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's geographical location, relevant experience, qualifications, skills and knowledge.
