The Director, Sales Operations Manager will work closely with the VP of Marketing and Sales Operations and is responsible for supporting and enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team through strategic planning, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making. This role involves monitoring and managing sales processes, tools, and systems to support sales goals, improve productivity, and drive revenue growth. Other responsibilities include support for key lead generation activities and market research. The Director, Sales Operations has a proven track record within the healthcare market, ideally with revenue cycle, technology and/or Health Information Management experience. They will collaborate closely with the VP of Marketing and Sales Operations and the growth team to ensure effective use of Salesforce, contributing to the qualified sales pipeline and assisting in developing and implementing winning sales strategies.
