Are you ready to make a difference in the packaging industry? Staffmark is hiring an Extrusion Machine Operator in Rogers, AR, for a company dedicated to solving critical packaging challenges. The candidate selected will operate an extrusion line in a safe and orderly manner to manufacture roll stock film for food packaging. Pay: $17 per hour

Night Shift Hours: 6 PM - 6 AM on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule

Essential Functions:



  • Safely operate machinery and perform cleaning, adjustments, and change-over tasks
  • Perform Line start-up and Line shut down
  • Ensure the quality of finished products

Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience operating machinery and ability to read a ruler in 1/8-inch increments.
  • Strong computer and math skills and mechanical aptitude.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, kneeling, and reaching throughout the shift.
