Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $58 - $68 / hr. w2



Responsibilities:

* Act as the operational expert for tracking, troubleshooting, and optimization of marketing campaigns on paid marketing channels (Facebook, Google, DSP's, etc.).

* Ensure tooling, optimization, and operations support for new channels

o Lead the integration and progress of standing up new channels and marketing campaigns within the ecosystem

* Develop ad operations practices and documentation for a budding function under the Growth Tech Operations Team

o Technical documentation covering every active paid advertising platform, and internal GT owned tool

* Provide supplementary support for marketing campaign builds and strategy

* Partner with marketing leaders to contribute to and advocate for strategy and direction as well as process/practice improvements

* Partner with marketing managers to execute omni channel campaigns using a state of the art proprietary marketing automation platform

* Utilize SQL skills to analyze and troubleshoot live marketing campaigns within BQ and across the platform UI's

* Help pioneer process development for operational support in marketing channels

* Work closely with Growth Marketing, Product, Business Intelligence and Platform Security to bring our campaigns to life

* Ensure the experience we create for our members are of the highest quality



Experience Requirements:

Minimum Basic Requirements:

* 2+ years of professional experience in a quantitative field

* Strong understanding and experience with paid marketing platforms, channels, applications for data (Google, GAM, DFP, Snapchat, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)

* Experience with utilizing marketing automation platforms to execute growth marketing strategies

* Experience with SQL writing and analyzing data sets, to be presented to stakeholders

* Strong experience with marketing KPIs and analytics

* Track record in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders

* Advanced analytics skills - extract and clean data, conduct sanity checks, consistently produce error-free analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

* Basic familiarity/experience with DeepLinking (Branch.io , Appsflyer)

* Expert experience with marketing campaign optimization, publishing, and troubleshooting

* Demonstrates strong ownership with well-developed problems solving skills

* Strong written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to work with a diverse group of cross functional stakeholders

* Hands-on, high capacity doer, multi-tasker

* Experience with marketing KPIs, campaign executions, optimizations and sharing results and learnings with stakeholders

* Experience with marketing channel tools & platforms (Branch.io, Google Tag Manager, Tealium iQ Tag Manager, etc) is a strong plus

* Expert experience with ad platforms such as: GoogleAdWords, Facebook, Twitter, Google Search/Display, etc. (App Display Networks [Moloco, Jampp, Remerge] experience is a plus)
