We are seeking a Program Analyst to work with the best and brightest employees around the county in creating innovative all encompassing solutions for our customers.

This Program Analyst will support the National Airspace Systems Integration Support (NISC) program at Leidos to provide support to the Central Service Area (CSA) Technical Operations and Engineering Services teams for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) located in Fort Worth, Texas.

The ideal candidate will support the program by meticulously monitoring and tracking drafting projects, specifically overseeing Joint Acceptance Inspection (JAI) exception deadlines to ensure project timelines are met and providing analytical data for any missed deadlines. Duties include but are not limited to the following:

Drafting Projects:

  • Oversee JAI exception deadlines for all FAA drafting projects.
  • Monitor/Provide updates to JAIs in the FAA's Corporate Workplan (CWP).

Weekly Reporting:

  • Provide weekly reports summarizing the progress of FAA drafting projects with JAIs.

Analytical Data:

  • Analyze and provide analytical data related to missed deadlines.

Research and Verication for Populating Project JCNs in ProjectWise:

  • Research Job Control Numbers (JCN) in CWP to verify the accuracy of project data and descriptions. Populate the JCN Project Numbers into the ProjectWise database.

ProjectWise Librarian Task:

  • Create digital signature portfolios.
  • Obtain digital signatures from the Project Engineer/Manager.
  • Import signature record PDFs.
  • Populate drawing metadata.
  • Change the status of both PDF and DWG les to "ISSUED" in ProjectWise.

JAI Clearance Task:

  • Request JAI clearance letters.
  • Request FedEx labels.
  • Print hard copies of nished as-built sets.
  • Package and ship as-built sets to sites.
  • Scanning and importing.

Drafting Package Preparation Task:

  • Scan and import redline submitted for drafting projects into ProjectWise.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Requires a BA degree and 2 - 4 years of prior relevant experience or master's with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience. Additional years of experience may be substituted for degree requirement.
  • Ability to obtain and/or maintain Public Trust security clearance. To be eligible for a Public Trust, you must either be a US Citizen or Green Card holder who has resided in the US for the past 3 years
  • Knowledge and understanding of basic computer skills.
  • Working knowledge and proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office applications to include MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office, Access, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, along with highly developed presentation skills
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written at a professional level.
  • Ability to prepare and provide presentations and briefings to Senior Management.
  • Ability to work independently with only general oversight.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous FAA or government experience

Pay Range:Pay Range $49,400.00 - $89,300.00

Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
