Senior Product Manager - Electronic Visit Verification

WellSky is hiring a Senior Product Manager to run our Electronic Visit Verifications platform. An ideal candidate will have experience in integration and electronic visit verification requirements and aggregators and a passion for improving healthcare. In this role, you will develop the strategies and requirements implemented across our product base to help clients of multiple electronic medical records products communicate with state and aggregator systems. A day in the life!

Job Description:

  • Develop, support, and communicate strategic direction, vision, and scope of capabilities for solution, market, or segment, including 3rd party partnership opportunities.
  • Direct the roadmap and work across WellSky solutions to support the electronic visit verification strategy.
  • Engage with industry, market, and client stakeholders to understand dynamics and how to scope the solution roadmap and business development collateral to address market needs.
  • Ensure alignment and accountability of the solution across Engineering, Professional Services and Client Experience organizations to ensure maximum adoption and reference-ability.
  • Accountable for financial and adoption success for the solution, market or segment.
  • Collaborate with financial operations to develop business cases for new or current solutions, enhancements, and investments.
  • Create and justify complex business cases aligned with organization goals and strategies.
  • Maintain a high degree of collaboration with engineering delivery manager partner to ensure team approach to product development.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Do you have what it takes?

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Associate's degree with commensurate work experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in healthcare information technology, project management, sales or consulting.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management.
  • Proficient with Agile Scrum development methodology.
  • Proficient in facilitation roadmap discussions and utilizing road-mapping tools.

Do you stand above the rest?

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Home Health Care services or Electronic Visit Verification integration.
  • Certification in Product Management from a recognized certifying organization.
