Bancroft is currently seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our Human Resources department



Responsibilities

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience from start to finish. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, from scheduling interviews and coordinating logistics to assisting with sourcing efforts and maintaining candidate records.

    Schedule and confirm interviews, including phone screens, video interviews, and in-person meetings.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for candidates as needed, and coordinate with hiring managers and interview panels.
  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Generate and analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to the talent acquisition team.
  • Assist Talent Acquisition Partners with extending offers and sending paperwork
  • Attends career fairs as needed


Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree required

Experience:

1 year high volume Recruitment Experience as a Sourcer or Recruiter required
