Job Details:
* Monitor timeliness of credentialing processes, including response to inbox through to closing files for assigned team.
* Report any identified delays to Credentialing Manager for further evaluation and resolution. *
* Perform 1st level review of adverse reports received during credentialing process
* Assure and provide team case coverage in absence of team credentialing specialist
* Provide direction and guidance to credentialing staff relative to performing their job duties.
* Review workflows to identify accuracy, efficiency, and best practices.
* Maintain accuracy of all credentialing records required to close a file

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
* High school diploma is required. Bachelor's preferred.
* 5 years of work experience with 2 years in Credentialing or Human Resources
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Knowledge of working databases
* Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organization and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
* Ability to work independently and within a group with minimal supervision
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent writing and verbal communication
