The leader will be capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with multiple highly visible projects with lots of competing priorities. Our Team We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engineering Manager to lead our team of engineers in developing cutting-edge interconnect solutions for the industrial market. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record of successful product development, and the potential to lead a broader organization. What You Will Do

For this role, we anticipate paying $150,000- $190,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form. At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
