Strategic Communication & Marketing Ops

Job Description

Specifically, the academic and student communications team seeks an energetic communications analyst to:

  • Execute cohesive content strategy that aligns brand positioning across multiple channels; paid ads, email, web/SEO and social
  • Develop analytics frameworks (web, CRM, functional systems, customer data, industry data) to drive conversion from marcom metrics to defined student outcomes.
  • Perform routine audits and gap analysis to recommend improvements to content creation and distribution
  • Manage relationships across teams and technical systems to facilitate multi-dimensional tracking/reporting of communications and marketing tactics. Provide strategic communication and marketing subject matter expertise in cross-functional teams related to analytics.
  • Track, recommend and implement content trends that increase organic traffic and user engagement across campaigns and platforms.
  • Define performance metrics and develop content distribution strategies to accomplish measurable goals.
Shift

M-F, 8AM-5PM

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 4 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary

Preferred Qualifications

  • High level understanding of analytics frameworks including GA, SEO.
  • Experience in higher education environments
  • Knowledge of Slate CRM
Anticipated Hiring Range

Salary Range: $59,000-$65,000

Grade: GGS-11
