Warehouse Equipment Technician

Staffmark has partnered with Shutterfly in Tempe, AZ, and is hiring an experienced Warehouse Equipment Technician to join their passionate team. Pay: $23 per hour

Hours: 4 AM - 4 PM on a rotating schedule

Warehouse Equipment Technician Responsibilities:

• Manage a variety of advanced equipment (ex. digital presses, HP Indigo, etc.).
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance to ensure machines are operating at the highest quality.
• Make necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with supervisors, technical support, and other team members.
• Strictly adhere to safety and OSHA standards.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience or equivalent experience operating high-speed machinery in high-volume, repetitive manufacturing.
• In-depth knowledge of digital printing processes, and a strong understanding of the technical aspects of the machinery used.
• Expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues with minimal downtime.
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical/troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and maintain mobility to crouch, kneel, reach, bend, and perform repetitive actions with hands and arms. Willingness and ability to work across various Production Departments on the Manufacturing floor as business needs dictate.
