Summary of Position
With oversight from the Associate Director of Admissions Operations, develops in-depth knowledge of CRM tool for reporting and supporting diversification of communications plan based on audience-including segmentation of populations to support personalized messaging for students' journeys in the admissions funnel. Executes communication campaigns using in-depth knowledge and maintains reports and dashboards to support strategic leadership decisions about communication, enrollment, and retention activities. Ensures admission records are maintained and works with the admissions team to ensure that the online application has the most current information. In addition to supporting the admission process, collaborates with the offices of Academic Affairs, Marketing, Financial Aid, Registrar, Bursar, and Advising to support related key enrollment activities for undergraduate, graduate and post-baccalaureate teacher certification applications.

Duty/Responsibility
Responsible for maintaining the Student Outreach Calendar, this position is the primary contact for scheduling email, text, and calling campaigns that relate to prospective students, applicants, current students, previous students, and graduates. They ensure that the communication timeline is followed, make recommendations for the timing or delivery of unique content requests, and manage the reporting logistics to ensure the targeted population is reached without receiving overlapping, unnecessary information. Working closely with Marketing, they build and/or review approved email templates. As a member of the Student Outreach Committee, they take the lead role in assessing and communicating the effectiveness of previously scheduled communications through detailed reporting and analysis. Along with communications, they support critical business functions for multiple departments through the development and maintenance of Salesforce dashboards that relate to enrollment and the academic success of our students. Utilizing LEAN and their familiarity with different software and systems such as Salesforce, Trello, Banner, NextGen, Forms, etc. they seek opportunities to improve efficiencies, make suggestions to management, and when approved, collaborate with the associated parties to operationalize efficiencies.

Support Admissions by providing phone coverage for incoming calls on the admissions line and serve as the primary contact for the Online Enrollment Center to ensure individuals they're working with are routed to the appropriate person and accurate information disseminated.
Oversee the ask.granite@granite.edu email box to ensure that emails are answered and new contacts are assigned to the appropriate staff member.

Application Processing

Complete testing related to system updates and changes to ensure information is consistently recorded accurately and timely.
Train Admissions' staff on how to process applications and index transcripts while ensuring that process steps are documented and updated as needed.
Process applications and indexes transcripts as needed upon the absence of the Admission Specialist or as volume demands.
