Acara Solutions is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a highly respected organization located in the heart of downtown Buffalo. This position will provide direct support to the CEO and President, playing a key role in furthering their mission to foster community, education, and fun!
Location: 100% onsite in downtown Buffalo
Compensation: Up to $60,000/year, based on experience
Schedule: Flexible! If needed, you can adjust by working a day or two over the weekend to accommodate weekday time off.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar executive support role.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling software, and project management tools.
A proactive, resourceful mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in an administrative support position
  • Minimum 5 years scheduling experience in Microsoft Outlook

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Executive support experience preferred
  • Writing and Editing experience preferred
