Pay: $20 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday through Friday

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll help maintain all equipment for optimal production efficiency. Your duties include troubleshooting machine issues, supporting the Preventative Maintenance Program (MPR), and assisting the Building Maintenance Technician as needed. When not on maintenance tasks, you may perform Machine Operator duties. You'll ensure efficiency, adhere to operational standards, and uphold product quality while following Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety protocols at all times.

Essential Duties:



  • Keeping work areas clean and organized
  • Reporting any deficiencies or safety violations to the Supervisor
  • Completing weekly and monthly preventative maintenance work orders
  • Taking ownership of product quality and understanding production schedules and work instructions
  • Maintaining water and air systems
  • Performing additional tasks as directed by the supervisor
