Employee and Dependent Tuition Assistance Career growth and development Affordable and comprehensive benefits package Position Summary: The Clinical Customer Service Representative enhances service excellence at Johns Hopkins Hospital by serving as a central point of contact and communication for patients, families, visitors, and healthcare team members in patient care units. The Clinical Customer Service Representative also provides a broad spectrum of customer support services to medical, nursing, and administrative staff by performing various unit-specific activities to meet unit, department, and institutional needs. Shift - Day Shift, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, 40 hours per week, and every other weekend and holiday. Education/Work Experience:
